As HR Generalist (m/w/d), you support our HR team as operationally as conceptual and are an important point of contact in the company: You create self-employed contracts, contract supplements, certificates and other personal documents You can reliably perform tasks in Office Management – e.g. post-in and exit, office material orders or appointment coordination You actively shape our internal processes and introduce your ideas – so that we can get even better together When planning and implementing our recruiting strategy, you can become creative and provide a successful candidate experience You support our external service provider in fleet management in all organizational topics on site – e.g. for vehicle transfers

You have a completed commercial training or study You could already gain first professional experience (even through internships, etc.) You have fun managing overarching HR tasks and can inspire you for many topics around HR You are characterized by organisational skills and a structured and self-responsive way of working You bring a good process understanding and secure handling of current technical applications, e.g. M365 with
