As HR Operations Specialist - Compensation & Controlling, you are a contact person for our executives and employees and advises them on processes and internal regulations in your work area Together with your team, you can earn the bonus payouts monthly and secure a timely billing and quality assurance in the payment process Your responsibility lies in the independent acquisition of the under-year compensation targets and their correct mapping in our IT systems. You care about our organizational structures in the SAP system and ensure the correctness of our data In addition, you plan ad-hoc evaluations in the area of variable remuneration, target salary contracts or selected employee master files Through your active participation in the annual salary and budget planning process, you will ensure operational implementation In addition, you have the opportunity to contribute to process and quality improvement projects

You have a degree in economics, human resources management or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the field (personal) controlling, compensation & Benefits or Payroll can be found You are safe in handling MS Office, especially in Excel, and ideally have knowledge of SAP You are characterized by an independent, proactive way of working with a pronounced numerical understanding and high analytical capability A high IT affinity as well as the willingness to work on new topics and implement them, you bring You are a team player and want to work with commitment and fun in a dynamic environment Openness, high quality awareness and very good communication skills in German and English complete your profile
