Controller (all*)

Controlling with Impact: You are a central part of our team, helping us to set up and further develop budgets, forecasts and bills in the exciting environment of healthcare. Analyze & recommend: You analyze quarterly and annual accounts, perform target-actual comparisons and guide concrete action recommendations for our management Innovation and digitalization: You actively shape the digitalization and automation of our reporting system and continuously develop control tools and processes together with the specialist departments Data-driven decisions: Complex numbers can be taken in a comprehensible way and prepare policy bases for management structured and transparently Project work & team spirit: You take responsibility for your own (partial) projects – such as sales or liquidity controlling – and work closely with different teams Sensual task: With us, you will give your expertise for more efficiency and transparency and help to actively strengthen the medical-centric care throughout Germany

A degree in economics or comparable training; you have several years of professional experience in controlling In Excel, no one is going to do anything so fast. Also with other MS Office programs you are safely on the go; with DATEV and Microsoft Power Platform you know well You are burning for the automation and digitization of processes and the safe handling of large amounts of data You are open to new challenges and can flexibly adjust to changing requirements and ad hoc tasks Unforeseen situations motivate you to find creative and pragmatic solutions You analyze complex relationships quickly and guide pragmatic, customer-oriented solutions You work structured, take responsibility and drive changes proactively You are empathic, loyal and built on trusting cooperation
