Leiter Asset Management OT * (m/f/d)

You create an environment where more than 20 employees of your team can develop professionally and personally and bring their strengths to the best possible. Together with your team, you shape the safe and sustainable development of the system technology for protection, control and communication technology and thus contribute significantly to the stability of our critical network infrastructures. You develop innovative, flexible and secure concepts as well as solutions for system technology in your area of responsibility, creating the conditions for tomorrow's requirements. You advance the technical development across the three OT areas and with clear standards for a common orientation and sustainable quality. With your team, you are responsible for the asset management of OT assets in your area of responsibility. These include budget planning, vulnerability management and consideration of the entire asset lifecycle to ensure a long-term efficient system landscape. As part of the leadership model of the E.ON Group, you work with colleagues from the German E.ON network companies and actively shape the further development of technological solutions. For the German network business, you enter your expertise in cooperation and coordination on current issues relating to protection, control and communication technology. You represent the strategic interests of the HanseWerk Group vis-à-vis partners, suppliers and service providers, as well as in E.ON's internal bodies and projects, and you provide important impulses for the further development of our company.

You have successfully completed your studies in the field of technology with the specialization of electrical and information technology. This foundation helps you to safely classify technical relationships and make sustainable decisions. You have comprehensive knowledge of protection, control and communication technology in the context of critical infrastructures. This knowledge allows you to consider complex system landscapes holistic and to develop them in a future. You think strategically and in the long term. This provides the basis for a sustainable development of our OT landscape and supports the successful implementation of our corporate goals. As a leader, you can inspire people for common goals. You give orientation, create trust and promote cooperation in which motivation, self-responsibility and development become possible. You communicate clearly, appreciation and convincingly. This allows you to bring together different perspectives and to convey complex topics in a comprehensible manner. You are open to people and quickly build sustainable relationships with colleagues, customers and service providers. This networking is an important basis for joint success. With the special requirements for OT systems in the KRITIS environment, you know very well. This know-how helps to keep in mind security, availability and regulatory requirements at any time. You like to work in the team and appreciate cooperation across corporate boundaries. This creates new perspectives, strong networks and innovative solutions. You can communicate safely in German and English.
