Support for the organisation and management of the entire fleet – from vehicle pool to orders to return With the help of coordinating maintenance, repair and service appointments in close coordination with workshops and drivers Accompanying regular driver control and support in compliance with statutory requirements Compilation of vehicle statistics, cost analyses and fleet reports to support internal decisions Working on the further development and digitization of our fleet processes Care and management of all vehicle-related documents and contracts in close cooperation with purchasing, accounting and external partners Contact for questions about all themes of the fleet

Closed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally as a car businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife, businessman/wife for office management Experience gained in administration, fleet management or vehicle organisation Self-employed, structured and precise operation High self-responsibility and hand-on mentality Very good MS Office identifiers, especially Excel and Outlook, including safe creation of reports and evaluations Communication strength, discretion and team capacity Mandatory awareness for legal requirements, in particular in the area of driving licence controls and vehicle management
