• Keep an overview of consumables, furniture and spare parts and ensure smooth reorders.
• Take care of order, control and movement in the warehouse, from stock receipt to regular damage check.
• ♀️ Accompanying subcontractors on the premises, coordinate their activities and be your reliable contact person in the daily business.
• Document all goods movements and stocks carefully in the ERP system to ensure transparency.
• Lead complaints to clarify and provide quick, professional solutions.
• Excess responsibility for the furniture and warehouse inventory as a conscientious inventory officer. Your profile
• You have a completed training in the warehouse or logistics area – alternatively a technical background.
• ️ You have experience with ERP systems (Navision of advantage) and secure handling with MS Office.
• ⚙️ You bring technical understanding of drawings and the processes in the warehouse as a logical system.
• ♂️ Ideally you are in possession of a fork certificate.
• You work structured, reliable and independent, even in turbulent situations.
• You're a team player with engagement, looking for solutions instead of excuses.
• ️ Very good knowledge of German and solid knowledge of English (min. B2) enable you to communicate clearly. You can look forward to this:
