Your profile

You have a degree in Psychology (Diplom or Master) You have a completed training psychosocial oncology (WPO) or the willingness to complete it They ideally bring experience in the field of psychooncology with different oncological diseases and/or experience in the clinical environment with They have a high level of social competence, communication strength, sense of responsibility and sensitivity, and are able to use this in dealing with patients and relatives They appreciate collegial cooperation in the team and are happy to work with other professional groups interdisciplinary and interprofessional.

Your duties

They advise and accompany our oncological patients and their relatives during all treatment phases They promote mental management skills in dealing with the disease-related psychosocial burdens You guide patients using psychoeducative methods for self-management They support the processing of complex information and requirements They conduct psychological crisis interventions
