With us, every day is different, as HR Business Partner, we will support – and so you – executives at different levels from Business Banking, CEO, CRO, CFO & Private Individuals at four locations in strategic personnel topics. Together with us, you shape concepts for diverse HR processes, such as talent management, human resources development, performance management and diversity. You will also get insights into other organizational topics, such as collaboration with works councils, the application of compensation models or the implementation of the annual bonus and salary round. You will work on your own small projects and well-definable tasks, which will pay for the Bank's big and strategic initiatives. In addition, in the preparation of HR events for employees and executives, you are in the middle of it, organising and coordinating, bringing your own ideas and implementing them. All in all, you will get to know many different aspects of local and global HR work as well as other HR teams and will soon be working actively on change processes. And with your gained insights, you'll create thoughtful analyses and reports that help us to make strategic recommendations for action on topics such as succession planning and personnel development.
