Insurance & Risk Management Specialist (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for brokers and insurers and ensure efficient and trustworthy cooperation in the Group on insurance issues. International insurance programs accompany you from planning to implementation and keep an eye on global requirements and local policies. In case of damage, you control the processing, coordinate the next steps and ensure smooth and transparent processing together with all parties. The insurance documentation keeps you up to date and continuously develop it to ensure clear structures and transparency. You create premium bills and internal envelopes on time and, together with our partners, contribute to a reliable control. With sound analyses, you support the further development of our insurance landscape and actively contribute to the future orientation. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external requirements and act as a reliable partner (m/w/d) in the Group.

You have completed business studies and several years of professional experience in the insurance sector – ideally with a broker or in an industrial company. In the international environment, you move safely, take responsibility at interfaces and regularly agree with different disciplines. Personally, you are convinced by integrity, confidentiality and very good knowledge of German and English in C1 level. With ERP systems (especially SAP) as well as the current MS Office applications, you can safely handle. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented and keep an overview of complex topics. Knowledge in the field of captive insurance is advantageous and complete your profile.
