IT Support - Branches & Production - Rastede

So that our technology runs – in stores and production MÃ1⁄4ller & Egerer has been synonymous with craftsmanship, reliability and regional connection for many years. With our numerous branches and our own production, a stable and efficient IT infrastructure is a key success factor for our company.

To strengthen our IT team, we are looking for a dedicated personality that supports our branches and production in all IT-relevant issues, ensures the smooth operation of our cash register systems and acts as a competent contact person for employees and service providers.

Support and secure IT operations in stores and production 2nd level support for cash systems, cash peripherals and network infrastructure Installation, maintenance and support of IT in new and new buildings Update management and support for selected server, software and hardware solutions Editing tickets in 1st and 2nd level support Cooperation with external service providers and support of employees Participation in the 24h emergency service and representation within the IT team (one week a month)

You have a completed training in IT as well as at least one year relevant professional experience. You bring very good knowledge of the cash register environment and good knowledge of the update management of selected server applications. You have basic knowledge in the network infrastructure. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. You also stay in stressful situations and safe from action. You are characterized by team skills and communication strength and are happy to work with employees from branches, production and external service providers.
