Your responsibility lies in the management of our planning office in the area of 50 Hz. This includes, in particular, the following areas of activity: Planning and planning of electrical installations and networks in the performance phases preliminary design, design, execution and revision Professional and disciplinary leadership of the planning and construction department (approx. 10 persons) Support for sales in offerings, skeletons and technical calculations Conducting consultations with contracting entities, engineering offices, subcontractors and internal departments Control of the department with regard to strategy, budget, resources and processes Ensuring the time, cost and quality of planning and design tasks Creation and testing of plan documents, tender documents and project documentation Control and testing of after-contracting services and participation in post-subscription management Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, guidelines and work, environmental and quality regulations Capacity planning of employees in coordination with department 50 Hz/Tk

Complete study of electrical engineering (Master/Diplom) or comparable qualification Multiannual leadership experience as well as multiannual experience in the planning of electrical installations, ideally in railway infrastructure Ideally knowledge of railway-specific standards and regulations (DIN VDE, DB-Directives, TSI), the railway operating regulations and contract-relevant regulations (VOB, BGB and HOAI performance phases) Good understanding of complex electrotechnical systems, preferably in the range of 50 Hz infrastructure Safe handling of CAD applications and common planning software Structured, responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation Focus on BIM and interest in AI to develop innovative solutions Sovereign appearance as well as pronounced communication and negotiation strength in dealing with internal and external partners with negotiations-proof German skills (C1)
