Senior Controller Personnel Expense Planning (m/f/d)

As a senior controller:in you take technical responsibility for issues in the personnel effort planning within the team. You use digital tools and develop methods and processes to meet the demands of transparent and precise planning. You work closely with our stakeholders in the personnel sector as well as in financial controlling to create sound basis for decision-making and to ensure a holistic management of the personnel costs that will be matched to the results of the annual financial statements.

You plan and tax personnel costs, including budget, forecast and mid-term planning. You'll set up sound calculations, scenarios and simulations and ensure a high prediction quality by analyzing real cost developments. You actively promote the further development of personnel cost planning, shape modern, scalable data and reporting structures and initiate digitization and automation measures to increase efficiency. You work closely with RTD planning and compensation management to create coordinated and reliable control bases. You evaluate relevant provisions and ensure compliance with trade regulations such as HGB and IFRS. You prepare results for management in an address-oriented manner, take technical responsibility for topics and projects that contribute to the further development of process, system and tool optimization. You act as a Sparring partner:in your team’s topics, you’re focusing on impulses for further developments in complex issues and at the same time focus on constructive and close coordination with the financial controlling.

You act as a reliable Sparring partner:in for all stakeholders, take responsibility for joint results and promote a collaborative work culture. You have many years of experience in personal controlling, ideally more than five years, and have already taken over a central role in controlling and developing relevant HR and controlling processes. You can control personnel cost planning, forecasting and work with scenario techniques and use them routined for decision support. You are dealing with BI and planning tools and have a pronounced affinity for digitalization and data-driven working methods. You have very good knowledge of HGB, IFRS, the assessment of expert opinions and the restorations and can safely interpret, prepare and apply complex issues within the scope of personal control. Ideally, you have experience in regulated industries, for example in the energy industry, and are familiar with appropriate requirements. You bring a completed study, with a Master's degree, Business Administration, Social Sciences or the like with a proven experience on personal economic issues.
