You develop our total-cost-of-Ownership(TCO) approach, design evaluations and make TCO data a transparent basis for strategic IT decisions.
You build our SLA repository as a “Single Source of Truth” for IT services and service levels, responsible for care and administration, creating clarity for the entire IT and IT service providers.
You structure and analyze IT cost and capacity data – from the detailed level to the management view – and translate complex content into clear control information.
You participate in decision-making templates, presentations and reports for IT management and thus directly shape the control and further development.
Knowledge transfer is part of the role for you: you enable colleagues from the IT areas in dealing with TCO, SLAs and control logics – through workshops, training and individual advice.
This will bring you You have completed the degree in IT/Economics/Business Administration in your pocket. Or you bring a comparable qualification.
In your previous years, you have been able to gain experience in TCO, SLA, as well as the organization of an IT.
You also have basic experience in planning and control processes in the IT of banks.
