The job is to be filled in full-time and part-time with a minimum of 80 % (= 32 hours/week). At our site in Reutlingen, you will perform responsible tasks around the commercial support of our construction projects: You support the development of cost forecasts and calculations as a basis for decision-making for the construction and project management. As part of the project controller, you work on the commercial management and work with the creation of our internal reporting. You take care of the commercial accounting process, aval control and verification of certificates in the course of the management of contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers. Thanks to your attentive processing of input and output invoices, you will have a safe look at payment targets and discount options, as well as their examination, confirmation and booking. When monitoring payment inputs and outputs, you are very conscientious and responsible for the dunning. Other commercial activities, general correspondence and project-related special tasks and the acquisition and settlement of damage cases complete your area of responsibility.

You have completed their studies or professional training. You have already gained professional experience in a comparable activity; Pre-experiences within the construction industry are advantageous. You are sure to deal with Microsoft Office and new software tools.
