Senior Controller/in Project Controlling (m/f/d)

Responsibility for building, controlling and continuous development of budgeting, forecasting and integrated financial planning within a complex infrastructure project Analysis of financial and project key figures (KPIs, cash flow, cost-effectiveness) and derivation of sound management recommendations Further development of controlling, reporting and financial processes to ensure transparency, data quality and decision-making Creation and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders (e.g. management, investors, partners) Presentation of financial and project key figures including risk and chance assessment at management level Management support for financial reviews, scenario analyses and business case reviews Creation of financial models, investment accounts and economic analysis to support strategic decisions Identification and implementation of optimization potentials within financial, reporting and project controlling processes Ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, controlling standards and relevant financial policies

Degree in Finance, Business Administration (BWL), Economics (VWL) or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in controlling, project controlling or participation controlling, ideally in infrastructure projects, energy or growth-oriented companies Experience in building and developing controlling, reporting and financial processes Very good knowledge of financial modeling, integrated financial planning and investment and economic accounting Safe handling of analysis and reporting tools, especially Excel and BI systems Funded understanding of annual accounts, controlling processes and financial control indicators Embossed analytical skills, structured working and high problem-solving competence Communication strength and ability to present complex financial issues in a comprehensible and management-oriented manner Own-sponsored working and experience in cross-sector cooperation with different stakeholders German and English skills Self-responsible operation as well as strong team and cross-departmental cooperation Negotiating German and English skills required Experience and joy in decision-oriented and management-oriented communication
