Development and improvement of algorithms: They design, develop and refine complex algorithms to master challenging challenges and increase product performance in the areas of computer vision, AI and deep learning. Responsibility for the entire development process: They take responsibility for the complete life cycle of algorithm development – from the analysis of business requirements to the definition of the solution strategy to the implementation of the production code. Technical leadership and mentoring: They provide your team with technical support, advice and mentoring to advance the development of projects. Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams: They work closely with product managers and other departments to successfully integrate algorithms into innovative products. Project planning and resource management: They coordinate project schedules, monitor performance and ensure that projects are successfully completed on time. Communication of concepts and progress: They explain technical concepts and current project status in a comprehensible way to stakeholders and team members.

Degree: You have an ablation in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or biomedicine. Experience in algorithm development: They have profound experience in the development and optimization of algorithms, especially in the fields of computer vision, image processing, AI or deep learning. Leadership and team management: They have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams as well as promoting productive team dynamics. Funded programming knowledge in C++ and use these specifically in the development and optimization of algorithms.
