HR Processes & Digitalization Officer (m/f/d)

You act as contact persons for the HR division Ensuring conformer internal and external audits (ISO, LKSG, ESG etc.) and internal/external revisions You are responsible for the further development and supervision of risk management and coordination of derived measures and their maintenance at HR If necessary, you support the development and implementation of measures Your tasks include the participation in the updating and further development of personal economic standards and processes in close coordination with the HR Principles/Governance area You take over the leadership of projects and participation in HR projects You contribute to the analysis, design and continuous improvement of HR processes (hire-to-retire) while ensuring process compliance As a senior specialist employee service you solve different individual problems as well as development and pronunciation of recommendations for action You agree closely with the relevant HR and other stakeholder positions, including, if necessary, the subsidiaries You ensure a trusted cooperation with the employee representation You take over the support of transformation projects for digitization, efficiency and effectiveness enhancement in the HR sector, as well as implementation of change management measures, including training and consulting of relevant stakeholders You support the support of the HR party in the management system as well as the establishment and further development of a process map HR (building HR Processbook) Working with Group-wide HR initiatives and change processes to support entrepreneurial transformation processes completes your work

You have successfully completed economic studies or comparable studies You have been able to earn several years of professional experience in HR You have audit and audit experience and experience in mapping and implementing HR processes IT affinity and sound knowledge in the relevant IT systems at HR are ideal You are characterized by a high degree of autonomy and structured, reliable and analytical methods You also have a strong communication strength, project management skills and enforcement strength Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
