Maintenance & Plant Service: Processing and execution of maintenance according to manufacturer specifications of the various plants Troubleshooting & repair: logging of activities, recording of deviations and disturbances, repair and troubleshooting Documentation & settlement preparation: Creating maintenance logs and accounting documents Work preparation & coordination: Work planning within the order and coordination with the client or operator Customer Communication & Result Tuning: Speaking of Maintenance Services and Maintenance Results with Customers

Technical qualification: Complete vocational training as a plant mechanic SHK / service technician or comparable training Additional qualification: Training as an electric specialist for defined activities is advantageous Professional experience & expertise: Experience as a service provider incl. Knowledge of heating and cold water systems in larger objects IT- & Digital Competence: Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and knowledge of digital media (tablet etc.) Mobility & language skills: Class B driving licence with Germany-wide readiness to travel and German knowledge at least Level B2
