Service assistance / host for our Porsche Centre (m/f/d)

As a service assistant/hoster (m/w/d) in the Porsche Center, you are looking forward to a first-class impression with kindness, attention and professionalism. You receive our customers (m/w/d) personally and by phone and take care of a smooth running in the service area. Together with the service team, you plan dates, coordinate the daily routine and always keep an overview of customer requests, contact persons (m/w/d) and the status of the orders. You create a pleasant atmosphere in the waiting area, soar for refreshments and present the Porsche brand in a stylish way. You act as a central interface between service, sales and parts service and ensure that all relevant information is passed on quickly and in a targeted manner. In addition, you inform our customers (m/w/d) about current offers and services and support administrative tasks such as maintaining customer data, preparing dates and creating service invoices. You take care of replacement vehicles, accompany vehicle transfers and carry satisfaction phone calls. You are also committed to marketing and selling Porsche Lifestyle products.

You have a completed commercial training, ideally you are a trained car businessman (m/w/d) or you have a comparable training. Ideally, you have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in customer contact. Dealing with people makes you happy, and you understand to welcome guests. You work structured, reliable and with a pronounced quality claim. In addition, an organizational institution (m/w/d) with a high service orientation. The safe handling of MS Office is obvious to you – knowledge in C@P, PIWIS or PPN is an advantage. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing you bring – other languages are a plus.
