Tasks

• You edit incoming phone calls, emails and chats.
• They take care of customer requests and orders of simple and up-to-date customer service.
• You will inform our customers about general topics concerning the Sparkasse.
• They serve the electronic banking hotline for the private customer area (First Level Support).
• They accept customer complaints and forward them.
• They carry out active appointment arrangements for our customer advisors.

Requirements

• They have a successfully completed training for the bank merchant/wife or merchant/wife for diolog marketing and are ready to qualify for the savings bank merchant/sparkass merchant.
• You have fun with the telephone customer service.
• They like to communicate and have good expression in word and writing. You also have a strong understanding of services and services.
• They work structured and reliable and are open to learning into new topics.
