Operations Manager Facility & Tenant Services (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the operational facility and tenant services of the site Central and trusted contact person for clients, tenants and users in all operational issues Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and active support for the concerns of our tenants with the aim of high customer satisfaction Ensuring an excellent, contract-oriented service delivery in compliance with agreed quality, appointment and service standards Leadership, motivation and further development of the operational teams as well as needs-oriented personnel and deployment planning Control and coordination of all technical and infrastructure services Partnership management of internal departments and external service providers Responsibility for compliance with statutory requirements, technical regulations and internal quality and safety standards Full budget responsibility, cost-effectiveness control and identification and implementation of optimization and efficiency potentials Ensuring structured, audit-proof documentation and creating transparent reporting Promoting the digitalisation of operational processes and the use of modern technologies and AI applications to continuously improve quality, transparency and efficiency

Successfully completed studies in the field of facility management, building technology, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification (one master's degree is advantageous) Multiannual professional experience in facility management or in the operation of demanding real estate Solid technical understanding as well as interest in building technical relationships Knowledge of essential technical structures (e.g. HLKS, electrical engineering, fire protection or building automation) in order to be able to assess and control services in a professional manner You understand yourself as a manager and manager. Their goal is to successfully coordinate different trades, people and services – not to be a specialist of each individual field.
