Do you not only want to run systems, but to make real changes – with direct influence on customer service, technician control and digital services? With us, you have the chance to actively develop the communication system landscape of the German field organization – focusing on future-relevant technologies such as emergency call systems, call center platforms, telephony modemization and artificial intelligence. We are looking for an IT professional (m/w/d) with architectural thinking and implementation strength, who thinks End-to-End is running projects and not waiting for releases, but takes responsibility. You are responsible for the technical infrastructure of our emergency call and call center systems – highly available, safe and scalable. You carry out the modernization of our telephone system – from technology selection to implementation – with a focus on customer interaction and efficiency. You actively shape the introduction of AI solutions to revolutionise our customer communication (e.g. voice bots, intelligent routing logics, analytics). You conduct projects with high visibility in the company, define “Next Steps” and meet decisions independently – with a backing of management. You work closely with our service organization in the field, IT, engineering and external partners to align our infrastructure in a future-proof manner and to install processes.

Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications Experience in the administration and development of call center, telephony or IoT platforms Technological know-how in the field of network, server, virtualization (e.g. VMware), Microsoft environments Interest and/or experience with AI-based solutions in IT/Communication Project experience with clear earnings responsibility Self-responsible, solution-oriented work – with the desire to advance things Very good German and English skills
