Get in – these are your tasks:

• With your expertise and your sense of technical connections, you can reliably support your team in the planning and implementation of TGA measures in the context of new and new buildings and renewal measures in our properties.
• You set up CAD drawings, overview and control screens as well as pipe and channel network calculations for construction projects and collect the existing TGA on site.
• In your own project, you build a digital archive system and drive the digitalization of our existing inventory documents.
• As part of our interdisciplinary team “Building Information Modeling” you are committed to the sustainable introduction and development of BIM in our company.
• You think with and on: For cross-disciplinary projects, process optimizations and technical chance management, you can effectively introduce your ideas and know-how.

• Your basis is a completed training for the building designer:in, technical system planner:in the field of supply and equipment technology or a comparable qualification.
• In addition to well-founded practical experience through multi-year CAD experience in Bentley MicroStation or AutoCAD, you also bring good knowledge about BIM projects.
• With the TGA rules, you know as well as creating performance directories in iTWO and ideally with SAP.
• In addition, you go routined with MS Office and have a class B licence.
• Personally, you score with your aim, your analytical thinking and the perfect mix of teamwork and self-employment.
