In this responsible function, you report real estate directly to the managing director of the Management Division II and, in close cooperation with your business group, create forward-looking structures in your business area for the real estate strategy and development and the construction project management. At the core, you are responsible for managing the business unit with a focus on commercial, technical and infrastructure facility management.

Head of the Integrated Facility Management division, which focuses on commercial, technical and infrastructural facility management and object management Development of future-oriented organisational structures in business as a basis for the further growth of the company Professional and disciplinary management of the business unit including the necessary personnel development measures Responsibility for the development and implementation of a sustainable and economic operating strategy for the various buildings/characters taking into account the individual usage concepts Support in the development and implementation of ESG measures in building operations to increase the energy efficiency and sustainability of the properties Commercial and technical control and monitoring of all services to ensure a smooth operation of the building and traffic safety requirements Responsibility for the planning and control of inspections and maintenance as well as the operation, maintenance and development of building technology and infrastructure taking into account costs/budgets Development and establishment of guidelines for the negotiation, conclusion and management of service and rental contracts Continuous quality controls and optimization of service levels Implementation of process and resource optimizations in terms of cost-effectiveness and efficiency in your business area to ensure a perfect condition of buildings and properties Digitalization of facility management through the introduction and optimization of IT-based solutions for inventory management and process control Compliance with compliance regulations, legal requirements, quality standards and applicable legal bases Controlling the introduction and use of smart building technologies for process automation and cost optimization Responsibility for reporting and reporting, monitoring KPIs in day-to-day business, and drawing up opinions and presentations Ensuring perfect communication and cooperation with internal interfaces as well as external service providers and business partners

Master/Diplom, ideally in facility management, real estate management, civil engineering, business management or comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in facility management, ideally in a complex organizational structure Multiannual disciplinary leadership experience, ideally from an interdisciplinary team/business area Strategic understanding of the development and implementation of operational models in facility management, in particular in the social or public sector Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking combined with high performance and enforcement strength Experience in managing complex service contracts and implementing process optimizations Knowledge in public procurement, construction (HOAI, AHO and VOB) and contract law as well as in the field of compliance. Experience in digitizing facility management processes, ideally through the use of CAFM and/or IoT solutions Knowledge of ESG requirements and sustainable building management High communication strength at different levels, negotiation skills and high service orientation Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as a structured, result-oriented way of working
