Professional cleaning of dishes, cutlery, glasses and pots and kitchenware (white and black rinses).

Operation and maintenance of dishwashers and technical equipment.

Ensure and responsibility for compliance with high quality and hygiene standards (HACCP) in the flushing area.

Professional disposal of kitchen waste and waste separation.

Support of the kitchen brigade in cleaning and simple preparations as required.

Careful handling of detergents and resources.

The first professional experience in the kitchen or gastronomy is desirable.

High level of cleanliness and sense of order.

Reliability and an independent, rapid operation.

Physical durability and stamina.

Team skills and hands-on mentality – we help each other.

Ready to work on weekends and holidays (changed).

Basic knowledge of German for understanding in the team.
