Strategic Buyer IT Procurement (m/f/d)

Development, implementation and continuous development of the product group and procurement strategy for IT hardware, software, cloud services, telecommunications, IT services and digitization projects and execution of make-or-buy analyses and cost-effectiveness assessments based on total cost-of-over-ship (TCO) planning, preparation and implementation of national and international tenders and negotiations (price, contract, license) for hardware, software, cloud solutions, managed services and IT services; Head of cross-functional negotiation teams and completion of software, SaaS, cloud, maintenance, support and service contracts analysis of needs, IT roadmaps and offers taking into account costs, quality, information security, technology, risks and delivery capability; Coordination of medium to long-term procurement planning with IT specialist areas, projects and stakeholders support, qualification and further development of the strategic supplier portfolio; building and maintaining long-term partnerships with manufacturers:inside, cloud providers, system houses and IT service providers; active supplier:internal and risk management incl. Cyber, compliance, license and default risks as well as claim and escalation management ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies, regulatory requirements (information security, data protection, export control, compliance) and corporate communication with IT suppliers; Coordination of all supplier relationships (One Face to the Supplier), monitoring of contract performance (Time-Cost-Quality) over the entire contract life cycle and support for operational procurement in implementation and follow-up

Complete university studies (BWL, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Computer Science, etc.) or two-year technical training plus at least 3 - 5 years of professional experience in the strategic purchasing of an industrial company or in IT purchasing as well as specialist training Multiannual experience in strategic IT purchasing, sound knowledge in the purchase of software, hardware, cloud services, telecommunications and IT services; Negotiating complex software, cloud, maintenance and service contracts as well as safe handling of common license models (e.g. Microsoft, VMware, Oracle, SAP, Adobe, IBM, Cisco) and SaaS/IaaS/PaaS/Managed Service contracts knowledge of contract, license and copyright, basic knowledge of information security, data protection and regulatory requirements; Experience in supplier, risk and claim management; secure application of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Office expressed negotiating strength, strategic thinking, high commercial understanding and analytical skills; independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation; high communication, moderation and presentation skills as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders at management level Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, high sense of responsibility, self-initiative, pronounced conflict, decision-making and problem-solving competence; high team and cooperation capability in interdisciplinary projects, technical affinity and interest in current IT, digitalization and technology trends and readiness to travel
