You guide your product management team professionally and disciplinefully and develop structures, methods and processes You create clear choices and promote a strong, collaborative team culture You control the strategic development of the central product portfolio and define a clear product vision and a sustainable product strategy You identify new product ideas and develop customer-oriented features with real customer first approach You control the implementation of strategic product initiatives in close cooperation with Tech, Operations, Risk, Compliance and other areas along the product roadmap You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, moderate workshops, prioritization rounds and decision-making talks, and prepare management reports as well as decision-making templates to address

You have a successfully completed degree in the field of business, computer science or a comparable discipline You master German and English at negotiation level and bring first leadership experience You have a strong understanding of digital products, platforms, end to end processes and cooperation with cross-functional teams You have several years of experience in the management of complex product initiatives, including technical and regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT, MaRisk, DORA) You work structured, entrepreneurial and use agile methods like Scrum, Kanban or OKR safely You meet data-based decisions and communicate clearly, convincingly and address-oriented You take Ownership, prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way and combine a hand on mentality with strategic thinking
