Construction and further development of the complete marketing and sales tunnel Responsibility and Optimization of Lead Management and Customer Experience Building clear marketing processes Planning and control of digital and offline campaigns KPI analysis and reporting (leads, funnel, quality, conversion) Development of AI application in marketing (Generative Engine Optimization, etc) assignment and briefing of external agencies (SEO, Ads, specialist campaigns etc.) Close cooperation with sales

Found experience in B2B marketing (ideally industry / capital goods) Current, deep marketing skills (funnels, performance, content interlinking) Entrepreneurial thinking: Marketing = sales lever Professional Experience and Knowledge in Performance Marketing (SEO/SEA/Email Marketing) Structural, analytical, but pragmatic Perspective and Ambition to Lead a Marketing Team Very good knowledge of German and English
