We are looking for our Open Full Day School in Cologne Picture sticks from 01.08.2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Head of a group of 25 children aged 6 - 10 years Support and support of children in taking meals and learning times Responsibility for the implementation of a weekly working group and their creative design in the indoor and outdoor areas Planning and implementation of educational and leisure activities Participation in the further development of the pedagogical concept of the Open Full Day Creating observation documentation and development reports Willingness to take over administrative activities

readiness and joy in a task with appropriate design playrooms (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Experience as an educator in work with children and adolescents, schools and parents Ability to work independently in the assigned tasks Teamability, reliability, flexibility and creativity
