Support for victims of accidents and seriously ill patients, telephone and personal assistance in medical treatment Ensuring appropriate therapies Social participation and rehabilitation support Individual support in the field of professional reintegration Case control/case management in close contact with all stakeholders (damaged, family, insurance, lawyers, therapy setting, medicine, etc.)

Complete training as a physiotherapy, or ergotherapist or a corresponding study Professional experience in medical rehabilitation and/or medical knowledge in the field of orthopaedics/accident surgery/ neurology/ trauma treatment Deep knowledge of social security law Safety in word and writing, and interest in writing opinions and detailed reports Joy in direct dealing with people, kindness, empathy Secure appearance, open handling and negotiation in different settings Driving licence Class B
