Werkstudent Trade Shows & Events, Corporate Marketing (m/f/d)

Strengthen our Trade Shows & Events division in Munich (Germany) to July 2026.

• active support of project management in the planning, organisation and implementation of international/national trade fairs, congresses, conferences and events

• Organisation of individual subtasks within event projects such as service provider briefings, process coordination or material logistics in close coordination with the team

• operational cooperation at local events, in function as contact person for service providers, exhibitors and internal departments

• Participation in the preparation of events

• Maintenance and updating of the internal congress material webshop in cooperation with external service providers (e.g. updating product contents, order processing, interface tuning)

• Support for administrative tasks such as appointment, organisation of meetings with protocol management and follow-up or creation of event documents and presentations

• Ideally ongoing studies in marketing event management or with thematic reference

• Very good knowledge of MS Office Tools

• Reliable and structured mode of operation combined with organizational talent

• Self-responsible working style and dedicated, team-oriented working

• customer and service orientation as well as high quality awareness

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
