The job owner (d/m/w) works as Supply Chain & Performance Officer for Facility Management and Real Estate (FMRE). The FMRE Organisation manages as an integrated group-wide function Airbus facilities at 40 locations in France, Germany, Spain and the UK and provide a wide range of Services, including construction and construction, technical maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, airfield management, Energy management and space management, catering, cleaning and Transport.

Your area of responsibility:

• Coordination, introduction and implementation of supply chain control between FMRE and General Procurement, among others monitoring the supply Chain performance, harmonisation of audits
• Introduction of the FMRE Supply Chain Strategy and Support of contractual roadmap overview
• Harmonization of the Supply Chain Performance System (KPI) for FMRE, including consolidation of the performance figures of FMRE Service Lines; Support of FMRE Service Lines when creating technical specifications and KPIs, incl. follow-up during the Implementation phase
• consolidation of the overall performance analysis of the FMRE-Supply Chain and Support for digital development for the supply chain Management
• Support for quality assessment during the Call for tender (Call for Tender, CFT)
• Promoting supply chain basics through creation and Updating directives, managing supply Chain awareness events and training sessions FMRE teams

This distinguishes you:

Studies:

• Supply Chain / Logistics (min. master's degree) or
• Business Administration (min. master's degree)

Professional experience:

• Stakeholder Management (min. over 3 years)
• Shopping (min. over 3 years)
• Supply Chain / Logistics (min. over 3 years)

IT:

Google Workspace

Knowledge

• Change Management (min. basic knowledge)
• Project management (min. basic knowledge)

Language skills:

• German (at least advanced B1/B2)
• English (min. verhandlungssicherheit C1)
