Set up, equip and operate CNC milling machines and drilling machines Loading, customizing and optimizing CNC programs Self-fitting of machines with workpieces and large components Implementation of zero point and reference settings Monitoring and optimization of processing processes Detection and adjustment of tool and correction values Implementation of measurement, visibility and quality controls Work according to technical drawings, work plans and production documents Documentation of workflows and processing results Analysis and troubleshooting in the manufacturing process Close cooperation with work preparation and quality assurance

(m/w/d), tool mechanic (m/w/d) or comparable technical training Multiannual professional experience in CNC cutting Experience in CNC milling technology Knowledge of Siemens 840D and/or Siemens One Safe handling of technical drawings and measuring devices Knowledge of tool selection, tool measurement and tool correction High quality awareness and careful working Team skills and independent work Willingness to shift work
