In order to meet this growth in person, we are looking for an operating manager (m/w/d), who leads a team of about 70 dedicated and external employees in production and storage, optimizes and develops processes and acts as an interface in close cooperation with internal and external contact persons.

They are responsible for the entire production and logistics, lead a team of approx. 70 own and external employees and report directly to the management They are responsible for the team's deployment planning, motivation and performance control and run the external personnel service providers They take over production planning, analyze and optimize existing processes and ensure the quality level that is tailored to customers They act as an independent problem solver and have the main characteristics of production and logistics constantly in sight They act as an interface to customers and other specialist departments such as sales and purchasing and communicate transparently and targeted

You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in the commercial or technical field or have a comparable qualification (complete welcome) They have professional experience in production or Filling or assembly in food or animal food and are used to work according to the IFS guidelines They are strong in communication, are happy to work in the team and show high self-initiative and problem-solving competence They act in a structured manner, are empathic and in doing so enforceable and targeted They bring well-founded leadership experience and ensure a good and productive working atmosphere
