Together we continue to expand our new, fully automated 300mm semiconductor production in Dresden. In your role, you are available as a permanent member in your assigned Simultaneous Engineering (SE) team of technology, process and plant experts in all matters of quality management as a contact person Responsibility: In your SE team, you represent the quality department of the plant and ensure that the business processes are adhered to and the necessary quality methods are applied correctly. They lead the team through the error setting process and support in case of special releases. In addition, the SE team will guide you methodically for changes and releases of production processes and specification documents. In addition, you evaluate the quality situation regarding the technology platform of your SE team and introduce this knowledge to your SE team and the existing quality assurance elements, for example FMEA's. They are actively exchanged with the quality department at the Reutlingen site and build a network into the Mobilty Electronics organization. If necessary, you will bind the Q method experts and provide instructions for the continuous improvement of the methods.

Education: completed university studies in a scientific and technical course Experiences and know-how: good understanding of the processes of ASIC/power semiconductor production on 300mm wafers and the assembly processes; Ability to understand the design of technology and product-specific design elements in the semiconductor manufacturing process and to evaluate the impact of deviations on the product performance; knowledge of physical, chemical and electrical analysis methods; control problem-solving techniques (e.g. 5x WHY, Kepner-Tregoe, DRBFM, FT analysis); Knowledge of the 8D method, ready-to-use knowledge of risk assessment methods, knowledge of project work and moderation Operation: responsible, structured, independent, customer- and solution-oriented Personality: cooperative, communicative, team-capable, flexible, conflictable Languages: very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
