Maintenance and repair of electrical and electronic equipment and components, in particular ventilation, refrigeration and air conditioning Ensuring the continuous operational readiness of building technology and the interfaces to building control technology (GLT) troubleshooting and program optimization at automation stations Ventilation technical check of system-relevant components, such as, for example, laboratory extracts or volume flow regulators Setting of air volumes and documentation of relevant plant parameters Testing of the functional and operational safety of electrical and MSR-technical installations Self-acquisition of problems on building and building systems, complex technical devices and systems integrated into the GLT network Recurring inspection activities according to legal requirements work preparation; Classification of internal personnel and external specialist firms Execution of electrical installation work Takeover of the weekly changing call readiness service after successful entry time Cooperation with third-party companies in maintenance and repair work as well as deficiencies

Successful completion of vocational training in the field of electrical and building technology with further training to the technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) Experience in control and MSR technology (e.g. BACnet, Siemens DesigoCC, ASi Bus, KNX programming) Affinity for building technology Knowledge of the relevant VDE regulations Self-employed, structured and careful working Flexibility, ready-to-use and team capability Resonance and circumspection, even in time-critical situations Interest in continuous training Class B and 3 driving licences and general driving suitability Be prepared to take over the function boilerguard (m/w/d) after appropriate training Comprehensive German knowledge (at least language level B2 to GER)
