Manager Corporate Compliance & ESG Risk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

Risk mitigation & governance: You proactively protect the company against reputative and regulatory risks and also keep in mind the new ESG legislation.

You develop risk management and risk analysis already in place in the company (Corporate Compliance, LkSG/ESG, operational risk management, etc.) and follow the implementation of the necessary measures.

You are continuously developing the methodology for checking the effectiveness of the measures and implementing them.

Global rollout: You are responsible for the international rollout of policies and processes in our international national companies and verify their implementation.

Knowledge transfer & training: To establish these standards, you develop target-group-oriented communication content and modern qualification formats such as practical e-learning and presence training.

Culture & values: Through all national and international interfaces, you actively promote a lived compliance culture - including through initiatives around our code of conduct or the understandable integration of our content into the business process management.

You have an above-average degree in business management, economic law or a comparable qualification (ideally with compliance/sustainability).

You already have several years of professional experience and experience in risk management, ideally in corporate compliance or regulatory risk management/ESG.

You have already accompanied projects independently from planning to implementation, ideally in the field of corporate compliance, LkSG/ESG or risk management.

You show strong communication and presentation skills and can flexibly switch between strategic and conceptual work and the operational support of national and international departments.

Self-employed and targeted work as well as trustworthiness distinguishes you and a careful, structured and pragmatic way of working is of course for you.

Your handling of common office software is safe and you bring knowledge in handling AI applications; Ideally, you already have experiences with Google Workspace applications and GRC software (e.g. OneTrust or LCM).

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
