We offer you a temporary employment at our Frankfurt am Main site as soon as possible Document Controller (m/w/d) EPC/M, Infrastructure and Industrial Building Projects Your duties Structure and control of document management Implementation and further development of a structured DMS across all project phases Organization and coordination of the flow of documents Central interface for customers, partners, entrepreneurs and internal project participants Document and version control Management, tracking and revision-proof versioning of all project-relevant documents Quality assurance and compliance Ensuring standards, guidelines and support in audits and controls Reporting and project support Creation of evaluations/KPIs as well as support for as-build and transfer documentation Your profile Qualification and experience completed commercial or technical training or Studies as well as multiannual experience in document management, ideally in the building/EPC environment System and method competence Safe handling of DMS systems (e.g. Aconex, Thinkproject, SharePoint) Project understanding (EPC/EPCM) Very good understanding of project processes in engineering, procurement and construction Working methods and cooperation Structured, detailed working and experience in cooperation in international project teams; Experience in document management of complex projects and keep an overview of large volumes of data Language skills Very good German and good English skills Your advantages Field of Activity/ Remuneration: An independent and interesting activity at an exciting workplace awaits you.
