You take over the planning, control, coordination and support of cross-departmental projects (multi-project management) and are the contact person for project managers, departments, management and the steering group. You drive forward the establishment of project management standards and are responsible for the further development of multi-project management. This includes, in particular, the preparation of training documents and the implementation of training courses. You conduct projects and accompany and advise project management in the field of business development. You take over the PM reporting and reporting and are responsible for the data collection, evaluation, and evaluation.

You have a successfully completed academic degree (Master or Diploma) in the field of economics. You bring comprehensive professional experience as project management or multi-project management. You ideally have the certification according to project management standard IPMA. You can demonstrate very good knowledge in handling MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and have already worked with a project planning software. Knowledge and experience in the application of classic and agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking) are desirable.
