Together with the management, you coordinate and tax diverse organizational and commercial topics of the daily business Demanding construction and real estate projects accompany you administratively and commercially from idea to implementation Contracts, supplements, documentation and other project-related documents are created, tested and tracked by you As a central interface, you will arrange for professional exchange with customers, authorities, service providers and business partners Dates, deadlines and important processes are at your fingertips and ensure a smooth process With your organizational talent you bring structure into projects, processes and administrative processes

A successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification forms the basis of your professional career Ideally, you could already gain experience in the construction, real estate or craft environment and feel comfortable in a project-oriented environment Commercial relationships, contract documents and documentation are familiar to you or you are willing to work on new topics quickly Organization is in your blood and also with many parallel tasks you keep an overview A self-contained, structured and reliable way of working distinguishes you as well as a high degree of self-initiative You can safely use the current MS Office applications in everyday work
