Your field of activity includes:

• Management and enlargement of our branches in the heart of Stuttgart
• Strategic and operational management of branches
• Control, organization and planning of all sales activities
• customer support and new customer acquisition
• Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Recruitment of nursing and auxiliary staff (m/w/d)
• Custom staffing of customer orders
• legal compliance and tariff conditions

Your profile:

• You are professionally ambitious, responsible, targeted and have a strong desire for success
• Sales-strong leadership with extremely high service orientation
• Experiences in the field of medicine & care are desirable, but no condition
• You have an empathic open way and entrepreneurial thinking
• You bring with a quick understanding and an independent and proactive way of working
• You're pleasing for binding friendly communication between our customers and our employees
• Good user knowledge in all common Microsoft Office products
