Your tasks

• Creation and testing of complex price information, offers and Contracts
• Implementation of IT procurement measures under procurement law
• Coordination and support of IT equipment projects public customers
• Examination and coordination of customer orders incl. Market research and price validation
• Responsibility for the entire process in the purchasing platform or SAP R/3 – from offer creation to invoice

Your profile

• Completed study in the field of BWL or comparable Qualifications
• Professional experience in shopping or related commercial Activities
• Good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel
• Secure understanding of business processes
• Self-responsible operation and pronounced Organisational skills
