Networkmanager - Strategic Securities Custody (m/f/d)

Our Team Network Management consists of 14 dedicated colleagues and is the heart of our storage service. We are in constant exchange with warehouses worldwide, analyse markets, services, conditions and geopolitical changes and act as an escalation entity. We also develop solutions for product and customer requirements in the field of market connections and investment projects. Together, we ensure that our customers are well connected in the storage business at any time. In your role as a network manager in securities custody, you are primarily involved in risk management and in request management and perform exciting tasks: Market & warehouse control: Through the regular analysis of market information, newsflashes and ratings, you ensure that our stored securities are always optimally placed. Keep an eye on developments in safety and efficiency and take measures to optimally control our warehouses. You can make decisions so that You offer the highest possible added value for our customers as well as for the company. Customer requirements: Requirements of our customers always consider in the end-to-end process. For this purpose, you coordinate cross-departmental voting, for example, in the introduction of new markets and thus create a smooth process. Building crypto storage: Together with the team, you will develop innovative solutions for storing cryptocurrencies and tokenized securities. In an agile project, you actively shape this new and forward-looking topic and develop new provider and network models and prepare the requirements for the MiCAR license in the storage context. Provider control: Organize and accompany consultations with market providers and warehouses, prepare the content and carry the results into the company to pursue new impulses. Strategic development: Together with internal and external partners, you will examine the quality and efficiency of existing processes and contribute to the strategic development of the storage business. Also in price negotiations with providers, you are an important part and introduce your ideas to further develop the custody business strategically. Cost and fee optimization: If you are interested, you will also support the analysis of invoice data and make an important contribution to optimizing our fee and cost structure.

You bring completed vocational training or completed university studies. You have first experience in network or provider management, in particular in cooperation with external service providers, in the review of services and in the participation in contract and price negotiations. Topics such as data security and risk management are familiar to you and you can apply them to your tasks. Whether oral or written – you speak fluently German and English (C1) in order to safely compete in international communication. You bring project experience and know agile methods or want to learn them with us. Safe handling of MS Office products, especially PowerPoint, is part of everyday work for you. Ideally, you have already gained experience with regulatory requirements around MiCAR or are interested in developing this topic of the future. Knowledge in the Depot Act and the Capital Investment Act are also advantageous for incorporation, but not necessarily necessary. You are strong in communication, like to establish contacts and build sustainable relationships – both internally and externally. You are also willing to travel occasionally, if necessary also abroad, to meet warehouses and providers personally. Flexibility and rapid decision-making are the key to responding to geopolitical changes. Your interest in world events and your analytical thinking helps you. You have the pleasure of working themselves deeply into complex topics, understanding them holisticly and developing creative solutions beyond the edge of the plate.
