Our customer, Knöller GmbH, based in Nuremberg, offers excellent quality services and solutions for the new building and the renovation of industrial and commercial floors when it comes to floor coatings. For over 70 years, Knöller has been a specialist in complex industrial floors from a single source and enjoys an excellent reputation in the industry. As a construction manager / project manager (m/w/d) of Knöller GmbH, you take responsibility for demanding industrial floor coatings at the construction site. You coordinate all participants and ensure a smooth project sequence - from planning to completion. You want to successfully implement challenging industrial projects, but don't forget your work-life balance? At Knöller you will accompany projects with a radius of 150km around Nuremberg.

Own-responsible project management of demanding ground constructions at the customer's premises Personnel or Material planning and commissioning of the required subcontractors Economic development of construction projects, monitoring and coordination of internal and external project participants Monitoring dates, budgets and quality standards Follow-up management as well as creation of scales, acceptance, facility and documentation Communication with customers or Architects

Successfully completed training in painter, floor-leger crafts, estrich construction or comparable Knowledge of floor coating or Experience in handling synthetic resins Building site experience and knowledge in the management of projects are advantageous Self-full, targeted and responsible work

Attractive remuneration between 5,000€ and 6,000€ (depending on previous experience) variable remuneration of up to an additional monthly salary (depending on the operating result) Cars Travel time is considered to be working time and expenses during service travel 30 days off
