Administrative processing of goods and exits Control of Yard Management Checking compliance with the input time windows Check compliance with departure times Examination of all necessary receipt documents Creation, testing and handling of all necessary goods assigning the drivers and trailers to the gates or parking spaces Systemic check-in and check-out for inputs and outputs Permanent control and control of WE discharge, WA deployment, WA loading and truck departure times. Control, Ensuring and Processing Overviews of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) Early reaction and proactive communication with other areas Short-term response to customer requests If necessary, control and control of proper and timely storage, disposal and relocation of goods taking into account customer requirements (e.g.: CPT's, KPI's, ExSD, etc.) Report, monitor and solve problems. Internal and external. (Case Management) Implementation of special tasks Direct communication and consultation with the customer via chat Representation and assignment with other departments Temporary support of other departments as required (e.g. inventory) Ready for Saturday work Shiftwork

Completed commercial training At least 2 years of professional experience in logistics Experience with goods management systems Good O365 knowledge and high general IT affinity English in Word and Scripture Quick conception and organised and systematic operation High level of initiative, flexibility, readiness and resilience Responsibility and Criticism Self-employed and targeted Team/cooperation capability and communication capability Ready to use and quality awareness Willingness to qualify Target and solution orientation
