At the Berlin Hyp, a company of LBBW, we are looking for reinforcement by dedicated and innovative real estate experts who want to move more than pure advice. You don't work isolated here, but within an interdisciplinary deal team. Your analyses and expertise on object strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and risks work directly throughout the entire process - whether within the bank or in exchange with our customers.

• Real estate and construction consulting as support for internal and external stakeholders

• Creation of market and asset assessments, value reviews and value indications for complex and demanding real estate engagements abroad

• Assessment of individual objects or port films of all relevant asset classes abroad

• Assessment of foreign project developments as well as the monitoring of construction projects - either by controlling external construction controllers or by own building stand reports

• Working in a strong evaluation team and controlling external assessors or plausibility of foreign external expert opinions

• Acquisition of object responsibility in internal bodies as well as technical cooperation of decisions

• Intensifying your expertise in banking risks and commercial real estate financing to actively contribute to shaping our business

• Completed degree with real estate, technical or economic degree course

• Professional experience in real estate assessment, in banking environment, in an assessment or consulting company

• Experience abroad and experience in the evaluation of foreign properties

• Certifications such as HypZert, RICS, MAI or Ä.

• Knowledge of regional real estate markets and their specificities

• Embossed, analytical thinking and a structured, independent working

• Team spirit and joy in cooperation in in interdisciplinary teams

• Courage and desire to introduce your own opinion and actively develop the real estate assessment

• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
