Accountant Property Management / Residential Real Estate (m/f/d)

The NDG Group is an owner-managed, Hanseatic real estate company with around 70 employees, which combines all the essential areas of the real estate industry under one roof: House management, building services, investor consulting, financing and project development. Within the group, the NDG Hausverwaltung, with about 25 employees, forms the central foundation of stock management. We stand for care, clarity, reliability and well-structured processes – with the need to manage real estate as if You were our own property. Our accounting ensures financial stability, transparency and professional, comprehensible processing of all commercial processes. It is a central component of our high-quality administration. We are looking for an accountant who takes care of the financial support of our residential properties carefully, structured and reliable. The role is ideal for people who like to work with numbers, systematically proceed and complete processes cleanly.

Creation of annual and quarterly accounts for owners and tenants settlement of payment transactions via a digital booking system Monthly bank and account balance Booking of daily bank revenues Examination of open items & execution of dunnings Examination & payment of all incoming invoices Installation and dissolution of bails including complete settlement Collection of monthly rental and housing payments Commercial reporting to owners

Completed commercial or accounting training Min. 1 year professional experience in accounting – ideally in residential real estate management Safe handling of MS Office and ideally DOMUS, SFirm Very structured, precise & conscientious operation High reliability, care and sense of responsibility Joy of numbers, routines & correct procedures German language skills in word and writing plus point: understanding of house management processes Ideal for people who: happy to work structured, process-proof and quiet Accuracy, order and care prefer routines that create stability Tasks like to close clean and document completely patient, detailed and responsible are looking for a reliable, quiet working environment
