Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team Beguttracht Lüneburg as well as the promotion of interdisciplinary and service-oriented cooperation. You have a specialist recognition in a field close to the patient with cross-disciplinary experience. You have the additional name of social medicine or at least well-founded experience in the treatment of social-medical issues. You ideally bring first experiences in the management of staff or as project management. You have a strong communication skills with the ability to promote employees, shape changes and strengthen interdisciplinary cooperation.
