Project Manager Main System (m/f/d)

Holistic project organization for technical product development, realization and delivery from start to finish of the project Implementation of project objectives through operationalization and efficient process structure in the associated systems Head of the personnel processes after the PDCA cycle as well as the technical management of the subordinate body organisation Ensuring process, method and tool compliance and continuous knowledge transfer within systems Contract management and negotiation with customers, suppliers, third parties and contracting authorities, including work and environmental protection

Complete technical studies (e.g. shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering) and at least five years relevant professional experience Funded project management skills with first practical experience in Systems Engineering, ideally project management certification (IPMA Level C or B) Conceptual and system-oriented thinking, independent problem-solving competence and precise analytical capability Representative team and intercultural competence, enforcement, entrepreneurial thinking and high resilience in critical situations Very good knowledge of English, safe handling of MS-Office and willingness to travel national and international, including possible seafaring
