You will oversee technical ORBIS installations with care and expertise — from preparation through successful commissioning to the required follow-up activities

In this role, you act as the central contact person for our update partners (customers)

You serve as an interface between our company and our update partners, representing their requirements equally

In coordination with the relevant departments, you will define the update steps for the installation of our ORBIS releases

You conduct coordination meetings with all update partners

To fulfill your responsibilities, you will work closely with management, project & release managers, sales, support, and development teams

3+ years of experience in the rollout or operation of complex IT systems, ideally in healthcare IT or clinical environments (e.g., hospital information systems, radiology or laboratory systems)

Solid understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure projects

Excellent German skills (C1 level) and good English skills (at least B2 level), Knowledge of French is an advantage

Service-oriented, responsible, assertive, and communicative

High level of organizational and negotiation skills combined with initiative, commitment and the ability to work independently within a team
